About the Moneyfacts Consumer Survey
The opinions that you give in this survey are going to help decide who wins the annual Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, alongside their own analysis of the market.
Each question features companies that Moneyfacts consider to have the best products in that particular area, which is why they have been shortlisted in the annual Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
Now it is your turn to rate their customer service and decide who wins by scoring out of five those providers who you’ve had dealings within the last 12 months.
There are three surveys and it should only take you about 10-15 minutes to complete all three. You can complete just one or two surveys if you prefer and skip questions that are not relevant. Each completed survey gives you one entry into the prize draw, with the chance to win one of three £1,000 cash prizes – so completing all three surveys will give you three entries into the draw. You must be over 18 and based in the UK to enter the prize draw. Surveys must be submitted by midnight on Friday 15 November 2019.
None of your detailed responses will be shared with ANY third party (including the shortlisted companies) and only overall trends will be used externally.
