Suffolk Turkeys has been producing award-winning Christmas poultry for three generations from their farm near Fressingfield, deep in the Suffolk countryside. All their free-range turkeys, chickens and geese are free to roam and forage, and are fed on nutrient-rich cereals, some of which are grown on the farm, and are allowed to mature and develop naturally. Once ready, they are dry plucked by hand and then hung for up to ten days to produce a richer fuller flavour.
The competition prize is a 6kg bronze turkey, ready for collection on the 23rd December or delivered by prior arrangement.
